So, along with probably millions of other women in the world, I’m starting my health journey today (its 0100)! I have been wanting to lose weight and get in better shape for a long time, but as usual, the Paula Deen recipes keep me sucked in! Good thing Bobby started making them healthy! Praise Jesus!
Anyway, I started following a lot of health bloggers for inspiration. I could use as much as I can get!
